Materials upgrade, that's the term in English. It's like when I was working on that construction project in 2018, we had to upgrade the materials for the roof from regular asphalt shingles to a more durable, fire-resistant option. The client was super happy with the upgrade, and it ended up saving us a lot of headaches down the line.
